Objective

Reduce morbidity and mortality of Neonates, Infants, Children,  Youth, Women and Mothers

Key Result Areas:

• To facilitate MCWH integrated processes to develop administrative delivery systems to support high care including strategies, policies, norms and standards within national and provincial frameworks and directives
• To provide technical leadership and support to ensure effective, integrated planning and implementation of MCWH programmes
• Monitor and evaluate performance of public health facilities against determined performance indicators, develop and submit concise analytical progress report to inform decision making and planning.
• Facilitate capacity building programmes to decentralize knowledge and skills based and monitor output and outcome for training.
