2025 KZN DOH Pharmacist Internship programme application

• Important Guidelines for the 2025 Pharmacist Internship Programme.

• Eligibility: Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required. Must be registered with the South African Pharmacy Council as a Pharmacist Intern.

• Application Deadline: Submit all documents via the online portal by 08 November 2024. Click here https://pharmacyonline.kznhealth.gov.za/internship

• Required Documents: Upload a single PDF or ZIP file (maximum 2MB), containing certified copies of proof of residence, academic records, bursary proof (if applicable), and ID/Passport.

• Application Tips: Submit up to 5 hospital choices in the application; these are preferences and do not guarantee placement. Click here for list of facilities

• Appointments: Selection is based on available posts, departmental needs, and academic records. Internship offers are valid only for the year 2025.
