KwaMagwaza hospital is a district hospital situated in the Mthonjaneni Local Municipality (Melmoth), which falls in King Cetshwayo District.
It has 147 authorised beds and has 07 fixed clinics and one Health Post, namely KwaYanguye, Ndundulu, Melmoth, Nogakuka,
KwaMagwaza Gateway, Nomponjwana, KwaMbiza and Thubalethu Health Post.
The catchment population is approximately 60 000.
The hospital was taken over by the Department of Health from the Diocese of Zululand on 01 November 2000
