KwaDabeka Community Health Centre is situated at Clermont / KwaDabeka township in eThekwini health district. It serves a population of approximately 109 855, all of whom reside in the KwaDabeka catchment area.
KwaDabeka CHC's vision is to provide comprehensive public health care to all citizens in the catchment of KwaDabeka CHC. This vision is supported by the mission and core values.
KwaDabeka CHC was awarded Baby Friendly Status in 2011 and maintained status in 2016.
